The Alderwood Split-Level That Looked 30 Years Newer
In 2022 I was called to the Petersen family in the Alderwood neighborhood — a 1982 split-level that had never been fully repainted since a partial update in 1994. Upgraded all walls from flat to eggshell — eggshell in the same color looks slightly richer and wipes clean in a way that flat simply does not. Two coats throughout.
