The Lee House on Education Hill — Two Weekends, No Downtime
In 2022 I worked with the Lees on 156th Ave NE in the Education Hill neighborhood. Both were working from home for tech companies and needed a full repaint of their 2,200 sq ft home — but neither could afford to have any room unusable during a workweek. Every room was simultaneously living space and potential video call background.
We split the job over two weekends: Friday evening start, Saturday full day, Sunday full day each weekend. First weekend covered the living room, dining room, and hallways. Second weekend handled the home office, two bedrooms, and the kitchen.
